Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Compensation & Benefits | 10+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Workforce Compensation and Global Benefits to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support global total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefits implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and manage Workforce Compensation processes including merit cycles, bonus plans, stock allocations, budget pools, compensation worksheets, approval hierarchies, and executive workflows.
• Design and administer Benefits programs, plans, plan types, options, eligibility profiles, life events, and open enrollment cycles.
• Configure global and Middle East-specific total rewards programs, including allowances, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
• Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and third-party benefits providers.
• Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, functional design documents, and support UAT activities.
• Partner with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and technical teams to drive solution adoption and business outcomes.

• Experience with Individual Compensation Plans (ICP).
• Experience configuring Total Remuneration Statements.
• Experience with Middle East gratuity, end-of-service benefits, local allowances, and regional benefits programs.
• Experience supporting global multi-country Oracle Cloud HCM deployments.
