Oracle CX Field Service

Experience: 12+ Years

Role: Functional Lead

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in CX / CRM / Sales domain.
• Strong hands-on experience in Field Service / Field Service Management (FSM).
• Functional consulting experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis and solution design.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate a small team and support the Project Manager.
• Should be capable of independently handling client discussions and functional delivery activities.
• Experience with Oracle Field Service / Oracle CX / CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Field Services functional discussions with clients.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Coordinate with functional/technical teams for delivery.
• Support the PM with functional coordination, dependencies and client communication.
• Drive issue resolution and ensure successful delivery of functional activities.
