Oracle Fusion AR Functional Consultant

Job Description:

• Work as an Oracle Fusion AR Functional Consultant within the Cash In AR team, supporting end-to-end accounts receivable processes.

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion AR implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable modules based on business requirements and standard Oracle functionalities.

• Manage AR processes, including customer and transaction setup, invoicing, debit and credit memos, receipts processing, cash application, adjustments, and refunds.

• Support cash receipt processing, receipt application, unapplied and unidentified cash management, and reconciliation of customer accounts.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing AR processes, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and other project-related documentation.

• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reports, data migration, and customizations related to Oracle Fusion AR.

• Support data migration activities, including customer accounts, customer transactions, open receivables, and receipt-related data.

• Perform functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements and solution functionality.

• Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution during implementation and production support.

• Coordinate with Finance, Cash Management, General Ledger (GL), and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration across financial processes.

• Support month-end and period-end AR activities, including receivables reconciliation and subledger-to-General Ledger reconciliation.

• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle Fusion AR.
