Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle SCM Planning Functional Specialist to drive strategic supply chain optimization within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role focuses on leveraging deep expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud Planning to enhance operational efficiency, ensure accurate inventory levels, and facilitate seamless demand-supply alignment. The ideal candidate will serve as a key consultant, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical solutions while managing critical planning cycles for global clients. With a compensation package of ₹24 lpa, this position offers a dynamic environment for professionals with 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP consulting and solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive backlog management initiatives to ensure timely resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and maintain optimal workflow efficiency.
  
• Design and execute sophisticated replenishment planning strategies that align with organizational goals and market demands.
  
• Provide expert consultation across multiple Supply Chain Management modules, ensuring integrated solutions that maximize system capabilities.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, utilizing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage expectations and deliver high-quality service.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert in at least two core planning areas, including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or Production Scheduling.
  
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Cloud Planning solutions, ensuring they meet specific business requirements.
  
• Leverage over six years of specialized experience in Oracle ERP consulting to architect robust, scalable, and efficient supply chain processes.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• Possess a minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record in Oracle ERP consulting, solutioning, or implementation projects.
  
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Oracle SCM Cloud Planning and a deep understanding of its core functionalities.
  
• Exhibit strong expertise in at least two of the following domains: Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or Production Scheduling.
  
• Maintain a solid grasp of broader SCM modules and their interdependencies within the enterprise ecosystem.
  
• Display exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and effectively.
  
• Hold a graduate degree, with additional domain-specific or industry experience considered a significant asset.
