Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.- Ability to use low-code/no-code platforms for rapid application development and deployment.- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.- Understanding of release management processes and best practices for software updates. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
