Job description

Description
As part of Ford's IERP S/4HANA transformation journey, major market launches have been completed across North America and Europe. IMG (International Markets Group), South America, China are yet to be added. The selected candidate will launch RAR globally and Support Production VOIRT globally. RAR will be part of a launch plan with aggressive milestones and will involve wholesale and retail RAR launches. The candidate must understand current design of Vehicle Invoicing business process and RAR in major markets and have to ensure consistency assuming legal and mandatory items for future markets

Responsibilities
Product & Business Leadership
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners within the Billing and Accounts Receivable product line to align business needs with the global SAP template.
  • Drive standardization and adoption of the global solution template while accommodating market-specific legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, and regional stakeholders to define and validate business requirements.
SAP RAR Implementation & Delivery
  • Lead global rollout activities for SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
  • Ensure timely delivery of program milestones across multiple markets.
  • Support both wholesale and retail RAR implementation initiatives.
  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs to ensure quality and compliance.
Solution Governance
  • Understand and maintain consistency in Vehicle Invoicing and Revenue Accounting processes across regions.
  • Assess impacts of local market requirements while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Identify dependencies with related product areas including:
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Billing
    • Tax
    • Warranty
    • Plan-to-Report (PTR) Product Group
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Support VOIRT production operations globally.
  • Manage incidents, problem resolution, and enhancement requests.
  • Lead Platform Lifecycle Management (PLM) and mandatory compliance projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Finance and Accounting solutions.


Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience working on SAP implementation projects, either within Ford or external organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), and Vehicle Management Systems (VMS).
  • Strong SAP functional and technical knowledge with the ability to guide and collaborate with SAP architects and development teams.
  • Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and design concepts.
  • Extensive experience in Finance and Accounting processes, including:
    • Billing
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Tax
    • Warranty Management
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across:
    • Finance and Accounting
    • Marketing and Sales
    • Regional and Market Business Teams
    • End Users
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive delivery against aggressive program and launch timelines.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Knowledge of tax and warranty management processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale global SAP deployments.

  • Exposure to Agile product delivery methodologies.
