Python Automation Test Engineer (TESTCOMPLETE TOOL MANDATORY)

A fast-scaling tech firm in the Enterprise Software Testing & QA Automation space, we build and maintain mission-critical test frameworks for global clients across BFSI, telecom, and healthcare. Our team delivers zero-defect releases through intelligent automation, leveraging modern tools like TestComplete to validate complex desktop, web, and mobile applications at enterprise scale.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using TestComplete for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Integrate TestComplete with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with QA leads and developers to translate manual test cases into reusable, scalable automation suites.
• Diagnose and resolve test script failures, optimize execution speed, and improve test stability across environments.
• Build custom test utilities and wrappers in Python to extend TestComplete’s core capabilities and enhance reporting.
• Document test frameworks, automation standards, and best practices to upskill junior team members and ensure knowledge continuity.
