Proven experience in Functional Testing across policy lifecycle processes including New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Billing, Claims, and Commissions.
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices with hands-on experience in Jira, Xray for test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Experience translating business requirements into test strategies, test scenarios.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools and AI-assisted testing methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to contribute to Agile ceremonies, identify process gaps, provide quality strategy recommendations.
Must be willing to work in the 2 PM 11 PM shift
Mandatory Skills :
QE experience with strong expertise in Life Insurance domain and Annuities
