  • Manage daily reship-refund meetings, and take action to control them.
  • Analytics for evaluating repeatable issues and fixing the same with the coordinate to the team.
  • Analytics for Control Global Reship Refund issue for operations.
  • Update product information on the website and make necessary corrections.
  • Promote a culture of 5S and Kaizen through regular discussions with stakeholders.
  • Prepare process improvement plans and recommend product design changes when required.
  • Process audit to check and confirm action plan Executed effectiveness.
