• Generate life insurance business through the assigned IndusInd Bank branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Identify potential customers and generate insurance leads.
• Explain life insurance products and recommend suitable plans based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with bank employees to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
• Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

• Banking or insurance experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
• Ability to achieve business targets.
• Age should be 30 years or below.
