Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to drive our IT Services initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on architecting and implementing robust data solutions that leverage the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance customer insights and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and actionable business intelligence, ensuring seamless integration of customer data platforms to support strategic decision-making and personalized engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce Development environment to meet specific business requirements.
  • Engineer and optimize Data Streams and integrations for Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
  • Utilize SQL and database management techniques to extract, transform, and load data for advanced analysis and reporting.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and analytical reports to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to align with broader data cloud strategies.
  • Implement Salesforce CDP (Customer Data Platform) features to unify customer profiles and enable targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) functionalities to support real-time data processing.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • Possess 4 to 6 years of professional experience in IT Services, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in Salesforce Development and customization.
  • Show strong proficiency in SQL, database management, and data architecture principles.
  • Have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integration with core platforms.
  • Exhibit deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including Data 360 and Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.
  • Be skilled in creating data streams and managing complex integrations within the Salesforce environment.
  • Display advanced capabilities in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization techniques.
  • Hold a competitive salary expectation aligned with the market rate of ₹12 lpa.
