Job description

Key Skills: SAP BODS, SAP Business Objects

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop SAP BODS batch jobs, data flows, workflows, and transformations.
  • Create source-to-target mappings and implement data extraction, cleansing, validation, and loading processes.
  • Integrate data from relational databases, flat files, and enterprise application sources.
  • Troubleshoot job failures, data quality issues, and production integration defects.
  • Prepare technical specifications, unit test scenarios, deployment documentation, and operational support procedures.

Skills Required:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in data integration development, including substantial SAP BODS experience.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
  • Experience designing reusable data flows, workflows, transformations, and batch processes.
  • Ability to develop scalable and reliable data integration jobs for high-volume enterprise data.
  • Experience with data validation, error handling, testing, deployment, and production support for SAP BODS solutions.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Business Objects reporting and business intelligence platforms.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
