Role Overview We are looking for a results-oriented
SAP Fiori & ABAP Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAPUI5, SAP Fiori application development, OData services, and SAP Gateway. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, deploying, and optimizing standard and custom Fiori/UI5 applications across SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with SAP backend systems and delivering high-performance, user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and deploy standard and custom SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Develop applications using SAPUI5 controls, MVC architecture, XML/JavaScript views, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with Fiori Elements, including List Report, Object Page, Analytical List Page (ALP), Overview Page (OVP), and Freestyle applications.
- Create, consume, and maintain OData services using SAP Gateway.
- Develop and enhance ABAP backend components to support Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Integrate SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and legacy systems using REST, OData, and HTTPS.
- Configure and maintain role-based authorizations for SAP Fiori Launchpad.
- Optimize application performance using lazy loading, efficient data binding, component reuse, and caching strategies.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Perform debugging, unit testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and follow development best practices.
Required Technical Skills - Approximately 5 years of relevant SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP technical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori application development.
- Proficiency in OData service creation and consumption, SAP Gateway, and ABAP for Fiori.
- Experience with Fiori Elements, including List Report, Object Page, ALP, OVP, and Freestyle applications.
- Understanding of MVC architecture, SAPUI5 controls, XML/JavaScript views, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating SAP backend systems with Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Knowledge of role-based authorizations and SAP Fiori Launchpad security.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and application deployment.

Preferred Skills - Experience in performance optimization for large-scale SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of lazy loading, caching, data binding, and reusable components.
- Experience with REST/OData-based integrations and legacy system connectivity.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
