SAP RAR Consultant

Role: SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) Consultant
Experience: 6 8 Years
Certification: SAP RAR Certified (Preferred)

Seeking an experienced SAP RAR Consultant with strong expertise in Revenue Recognition, IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance, SAP SD-RAR integration, and end-to-end implementation projects. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover activities, troubleshooting, and supporting revenue accounting processes across business systems.

• Prepare functional design and specification documents for migration and implementation projects.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP RAR processes, including subscription billing and cancellation scenarios.
• Lead end-to-end RAR implementations, integrations, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Configure and support SD-RAR integration, including RAI Monitor, fulfillment mapping, and event type assignment.
• Validate Performance Obligations (POB), SSP allocation, revenue contracts, and accounting principles.
• Monitor and resolve SDOI/SDII issues, job failures, posting errors, and interface exceptions.
• Design and maintain BRF+ rules, decision tables, and revenue recognition logic.
• Manage revenue schedules, posting validations, reconciliations, and period-end activities.
• Collaborate with SD, Finance, technical, and business teams to deliver compliant revenue solutions.
• Review OSS Notes, SAP updates, and drive continuous process improvements.
