Roles & Responsibilities

Configure and implement SAP Tax Vertex solution to meet the organization's tax compliance requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather tax-related requirements and provide expert guidance on tax solutions.

Maintain and enhance tax-related configurations within SAP.

Perform regular system testing to ensure accurate tax calculations and compliance with tax regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve tax-related issues in a timely manner.

Stay up to date with tax regulations and changes to ensure compliance.

Provide training and support to end-users on tax-related processes and tools.

Document tax configurations, processes, and solutions.

Collaborate with external tax consultants or vendors when necessary.

Participate in tax-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

Proven experience as a SAP Tax Vertex Consultant or similar role.

Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP Tax Vertex integration.

In-depth understanding of tax laws and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
