About Air Maniax

Air Maniax is an indoor adventure and entertainment destination offering engaging experiences for children, families, schools, corporates, and groups. We are looking for a proactive School & Corporate Partnership Manager to build strong institutional relationships and drive school visits, corporate outings, team-building activities, events, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnerships with schools, corporates, educational institutions, HR teams, admin teams, and corporate decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school coordinators, HR managers, Admin/Facility Heads, and management teams.
• Drive school excursions, field trips, student programs, annual events, and group bookings.
• Develop corporate business through team outings, employee engagement activities, corporate events, celebrations, and team-building programs.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, email outreach, events, and field visits.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with schools and corporate clients to showcase Air Maniax offerings and packages.
• Create customized proposals and packages based on client requirements, group size, and budget.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and meetings to negotiation, booking, execution, and follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for partnerships, bookings, and revenue.
• Maintain an updated database of school and corporate clients, leads, follow-ups, and partnership status.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Events teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Develop long-term partnerships and recurring business opportunities with schools and corporate organizations.
• Represent Air Maniax at school events, corporate networking events, education fairs, and relevant business events.
• Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, school partnerships, corporate sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and closing skills.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel for school and corporate meetings.
• Good knowledge of the local school and corporate ecosystem is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
