ROLE PURPOSE : Design, develop and maintain secure, reliable Excel-based automation that reduces manual effort and improves data accuracy. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain VBA macros, UserForms and reusable modules Automate reports, reconciliations, validations and data consolidation Integrate Excel with files, Outlook, databases and business applications Troubleshoot, optimize, test, document and support deployments Core Technical Skills Advanced Excel: formulas, PivotTables, charts, Power Query and validation VBA: Excel Object Model, class modules, error and file handling SQL and database connectivity using ADO/ODBC Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication Preferred / Added Advantage Exposure to UiPath, Power Automate or Automation Anywhere SAP data handling and integration with Outlook, Access, SQL Server or SharePoint Working knowledge of Python, Power BI or enterprise reporting Qualifications & Key Deliverables Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field 2+ years for Analyst level; 4+ years for Senior Analyst level Deliverables: automated workbooks, reconciliation tools, dashboards and technical documentation
