Job Description:
Assist in managing day-to-day data operations: data ingestion, cleaning, validation and refresh across sources
Support the building and maintenance of data pipelines that feed our single source of truth
Write and optimise SQL queries (BigQuery preferred) to create clean, reusable datasets and metrics
Independently build and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and other
visualization tools (Looker Studio / Looker / Metabase / Tableau / Power BI) by connecting to and importing data from BigQuery
Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports for Sales, Marketing, Planning and Finance teams
Automate manual reporting workflows and gradually replace fragile sheet-based processes with robust systems
Run regular data quality checks and reconcile numbers across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency and uptime
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics and translate them into scalable reports
Document data definitions, report logic and processes so that reporting is transparent and easy to hand over
