Software Developer

We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our team in a hybrid, full-time role focused on automation testing and related development tasks. The role involves contributing to test automation frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high quality deliverables in an Agile environment. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 0–3 years of experience who are quick learners and comfortable working in English.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to test strategy, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills :

• Experience or strong interest in Automation Testing and related tools/practices.
• Basic programming/scripting skills relevant to test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test lifecycle.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Any Graduate.
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
