Senior Game Designer

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer who can design engaging, intuitive, and commercially successful mobile game experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in game design (GDD), a good understanding of player behavior, and the ability to take game concepts from ideation to implementation.

You will work closely with Game Artists, Developers, Product, and UA teams to design and improve mobile games that are fun, engaging, and optimized for player retention.

• Design and develop gameplay mechanics, features, systems, and progression loops for mobile games.
• Create and maintain detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) and feature specifications.
• Design player journeys, progression systems, levels, challenges, rewards, and economies.
• Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Developers, Artists, Product Managers, and UA teams to bring game features from concept to launch.
• Prototype and test new gameplay ideas, mechanics, and features.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities in mobile gaming.
• Balance game difficulty, progression, rewards, and in-game economies to improve player engagement.
• Work on live games and continuously optimize features based on performance and player behavior.
• Participate in playtesting and provide actionable feedback to improve game experience.
• Ensure game features are clearly communicated to development and art teams.
• Stay updated with current mobile gaming trends, successful game mechanics, and player expectations.

• 3–6 years of professional experience in Game Design, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of mobile game mechanics, progression, monetization, retention, and player engagement.
• Experience designing and launching game features from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of game economies, balancing, rewards, and progression systems.
• Experience working with Unity or similar game engines is preferred.
• Ability to create clear and structured GDDs, flowcharts, wireframes, and feature specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support design decisions.
• Good understanding of player psychology and user behavior.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for games and a good understanding of different mobile game genres.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped games or game design work is highly preferred.
• A strong passion for games, with deep knowledge of all genres
