Description:

Design, build, and maintain observability platforms and services for logs, metrics, traces, and events

Develop high-performance telemetry pipelines and instrumentation libraries in Golang, Java, or Python
Implement and extend OpenTelemetry collectors, exporters, processors, and SDKs
Instrument distributed systems to provide actionable, high-fidelity signals and alerts, not noise
Build internal tooling, APIs, and services to improve debuggability, reliability, and MTTR, including AIOps capabilities
Collaborate with application, network, platform, security, operations, and SRE teams to define observability standards and best practices
Optimize telemetry systems for scale, cost, and reliability in cloud and containerized environments
Diagnose complex issues across microservices, networks, and data pipelines under time pressure
Automate everything that looks like toil
