The Strategy Deployment team works at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and regional leadership to accelerate growth initiatives across the business. In this highly visible global role, you will translate pricing ambitions into action, strengthen commercial capabilities, and deliver sustainable revenue impact. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will have significant exposure to senior leaders while helping shape pricing performance across regions and markets.

The Role & Your Impact

As Senior Pricing Manager, you will lead complex global pricing deployment initiatives that improve commercial performance and support PHB’s growth ambitions. This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong change leadership, stakeholder influence, and execution excellence across functions, geographies, and business systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead global pricing deployment initiatives from design and implementation through adoption and performance follow-up.
• Partner with regional and global commercial leaders to identify pricing opportunities and convert them into actionable business improvements.
• Drive consistent pricing governance, policies, processes, and tools across markets.
• Lead change management and capability-building initiatives that embed sustainable pricing practices.
• Monitor pricing performance, identify corrective actions, and ensure delivery of measurable revenue and margin improvements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across the global commercial community.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience, including substantial hands-on experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial excellence.
• Proven track record of delivering pricing or commercial transformation initiatives in a global organization with measurable revenue or margin impact.
• Strong experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Advanced project and program management capabilities.
• Experience working with pricing, CRM, ERP, CPQ, and analytics tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
