With an inclusive culture and flexible work environment, we work together with boldness, curiosity and commitment so we can all win together.

As a Senior Product Manager - Inventory Management, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and commercial execution for Sabre's airline inventory management solutions. • Manage product scope prioritization to enhance existing solutions and deliver new capabilities that drive customer profitability.
  • Drive the transition from traditional airline inventory systems toward modernized Offer and Order orchestration frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary product Subject Matter Expert (SME) scrum teams, crafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing backlogs.
  • Engage directly with global airline customers, commercial teams and delivery care groups through focus groups, site visits and product demonstrations to gather market input.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning and customer usage data to continuously sharpen feature definitions and solution architecture.
  • Leverage AI, analytics and automation technologies to reduce manual operational effort, accelerate analysis and improve decision-making across inventory workflows.

What You'll Bring

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technology roles within airline software, hospitality revenue management systems (RMS) or high-volume e-commerce pricing and distribution platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in market-facing roles with direct exposure to global customers, prospects and cross-functional commercial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in inventory management, inventory control distribution, dynamic pricing or offer/order management.
  • Strong technical grounding with the ability to engage engineering colleagues, articulate technology-driven solutions and map story frameworks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated public speaking and demonstration capabilities for executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct domain experience with Full-Service Carriers (FSCs), Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs) or travel agency distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with emerging travel retailing trends, including dynamic offer creation, NDC and AI/ML applications in revenue optimization.
  • Technical understanding of software development processes, including exposure to Java, C++ or SQL environments.
