Senior Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of experience, including substantial hands-on expertise in .Net fullstack development and AI-driven code generation, testing, and automation Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable .Net fullstack microservices solutions, delivering high performance and reliability
• Architect and implement AI-driven tools for code generation, automated testing, and building robust automation test suites, achieving measurable improvements in development efficiency
• Integrate front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or React JS with back-end .Net APIs to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, reducing release cycle times
• Leverage containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalable and resilient deployments
• Utilize messaging platforms such as Kafka to enable efficient communication between distributed microservices
• Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and technical leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in software delivery

Required Skills:

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certification
• Relevant certification in AI or machine learning technologies, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
