Senior TPM (Lending)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end product and project delivery within the Lending domain.

• Work closely with business, product, technology, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.

• Drive the complete SDLC, including

• Define product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery milestones.

• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations.

• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional development, QA, business, and operations teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Identify delivery risks and dependencies and drive appropriate mitigation plans.

• Provide regular project and product updates to senior stakeholders.

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and overall lending objectives.
