Role Summary
As a UI/UX Designer, he lead the creation of visually engaging and highly functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. he collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product, Engineering, and Marketing — to design experiences that balance usability, aesthetics, and brand integrity. he take ownership of design strategy, mentor junior designers, and ensure a unified, high-quality visual language across all products.
Key Responsibilities
Must lead end-to-end UI design for digital products, from concept to final delivery.
- Create intuitive, responsive, and visually consistent interfaces that enhance user engagement.
- Develop and maintain design systems, visual assets, icons, and micro-interactions.
- Translate user research insights and business goals into effective, user-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct usability testing, design reviews, and accessibility audits to maintain high standards.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and professional growth within the team.

- To enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates by improving usability, accessibility, and overall product aesthetics.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (graduation) and have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in the relevant field, including App UI Design. Preference may be given to candidates with strong communication, problem-solving, and UI skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
