Job description

  • 8 12 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations, Windows engineering, security remediation, and/or patch management.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise Windows Server environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS patching and enterprise patch-management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in security vulnerability remediation and Windows server hardening.
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability prioritization, remediation SLAs, security risk, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze security findings and translate them into appropriate Windows infrastructure remediation activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across Security Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, Database, and Middleware teams.
  • Strong technical documentation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within controlled Change Management and production-support environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and support out-of-hours/weekend patching windows when required.
