Software Engineering - Test Automation Engineer

Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow core modules - ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalogue, HR Service Delivery, IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
Proven experience in manual and automated testing - functional, regression, integration, and UAT across multiple modules
Experience in test case design and execution within ServiceNow
Experience in defect logging, tracking, and management within ServiceNow
Experience with JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow
Experience in API testing - REST/SOAP using Postman or similar tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience testing EUDM or similar data management modules
Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or Flow Designer testing
Experience with performance, upgrade, and regression testing across module releases
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing
Knowledge of ITIL processes
