Job Description :

• Purchase Accounting & P2P Cycle Experience in purchase invoice booking, vendor invoice verification, Accounts Payable, purchase-related documentation, payment tracking, vendor coordination, and resolution of invoice/payment discrepancies.


• GST & Tax Compliance Hands-on experience in GST calculation, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B support, GST reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, TDS data preparation, and statutory compliance documentation.


• Month-End Book Closure & Fixed Assets Experience in month-end closing support, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, bank reconciliation, ledger review, account finalization, reconciliation and preparation of supporting schedules.


• Import / Export Accounting Exposure to import/export processes, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantee, Bills of Exchange, UCP 600, Incoterms, SWIFT basics, import/export documentation and Forex basics through trade finance knowledge.


• MIS, Statutory Returns & Accounting Operations Experience in day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, vendor accounting, invoicing, GST/TDS reporting, audit support, Tally Prime/ERP and working knowledge of SAP FICO.
