Sr. Manager PMO

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies and best practices
  • Oversee retail Store planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure successful delivery and performance of the stores in coordination with all functions
  • Highlight risk to CEO and Business Director
• Business Strategy:
  • Assist in preparing the development of organization's strategic plans and objectives
• CEO Advisory:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate and manage to ensure seamless communication and implementation of strategic initiatives
