CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹3 LPA Variable)

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and their families
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Track and improve sales performance
• Enhance the overall sales process and customer experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales/Counselling
• Fluency in English & Kannada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
