Technology Support Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.- Experience in managing and resolving incidents within cloud environments.- Strong understanding of system stability and operational continuity in cloud platforms.- Ability to create and implement Requests for Change effectively.- Skilled in collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.- Familiarity with maintaining and updating technical documentation to support troubleshooting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
