Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented tester to join our on-site software development team in New Delhi. The role involves executing A/B testing and other testing activities to ensure product quality, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to identify issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other test cases for web and software features.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps and work with developers for resolution.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product performance and user experience.
• Participate in sprint reviews and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Familiarity with basic software development and QA practices.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Any Graduate.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English.

• Shift timing: 09:45 to 19:51.

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
