Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly web/mobile/enterprise applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and UX guidelines.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent user experiences.
  • Present design concepts and incorporate stakeholder/user feedback.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Expertise in User Research, Information Architecture, Wireframing, Prototyping, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing.
  • Good understanding of Design Thinking, responsive design, accessibility, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing UX case studies is required.
