Lead Durgashtra’s product strategy and portfolio for security technology, surveillance and digital service platforms.

Role & responsibilities

• Set product vision, strategy and portfolio priorities
• Lead and grow the product and technology team
• Align product plans with sales, operations and leadership
• Ensure security, privacy and quality standards in all products
• Report product performance and investment needs to leadership

Qualification & skills

• Graduate in engineering / technology; MBA preferred
• Senior product leadership experience
• Strong strategic, communication and stakeholder-management skills

Verification

• Government-issued identity and age proof after shortlisting
• Education and experience records relevant to the role
• Police or background verification where required
• Medical fitness and client-site screening where applicable
