Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Technical Consultant to serve as a pivotal technical lead within our IT Services division. In this critical role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex HR business processes and technical implementation, ensuring seamless data flow and system stability. The position demands a deep understanding of the Workday ecosystem, specifically regarding HCM and integration frameworks, to drive successful project delivery, manage vendor relationships, and maintain robust production environments. This role is essential for optimizing our HR technology infrastructure and supporting organizational growth through reliable, scalable integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate comprehensive testing strategies and coordinate validation efforts to ensure integration accuracy and system reliability.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  
• Oversee interactions with external vendors to align deliverables with project timelines and technical specifications.
  
• Provide ongoing production support, swiftly diagnosing and resolving critical issues to minimize system downtime.
  
• Leverage expertise in Workday Studio and certified integration practices to design and deploy efficient data integration solutions.
  
• Translate complex HR business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with Workday HCM standards.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration logic, utilizing XSLT and API technologies to facilitate data exchange.
  

RequirementsRequirements:

• Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, with a focus on enterprise software integration.
  
• Hold valid certification in Workday Integration and Workday Studio, demonstrating advanced proficiency in the platform.
  
• Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules and a solid grasp of core HR operational processes.
  
• Exhibit strong technical capabilities in scripting and data manipulation, specifically utilizing XSLT and REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Display proven ability to coordinate testing cycles and manage multiple stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
  
• Show a track record of effective vendor management and clear, professional communication in client-facing scenarios.
  
• Bring a proactive approach to production support, with the analytical skills required to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
