Accounts Executives - BPO/KPO funded by IIT Alumini Funds

Location: Jodhpur and Noida (frequent travel between Noida, Delhi, and Jodhpur required)

We are looking for Accounts with excellent knowledge of Tally to manage end-to-end accounting, MIS, audit coordination, and statutory compliances, working in our incubation centers and supporting Large Companies who outsources their accounting and compliances to us

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, have strong analytical skills, and be comfortable liaising directly with auditors and management.

Education: B.Com CA inter, Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualifie

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally, including vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Finalize books of accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Prepare P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and financial projections
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards for management
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors; prepare audit schedules and resolve queries
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance and return filings
• Handle SEZ-specific compliances, including SOFTEX filing, LOU/LOP renewals, and SEZ Act reporting
• Support year-end audit closure and finalization of accounts
• Handle POC (Percentage of Completion) and MCA filings in accordance with statutory procedures and timelines
• Present financial insights and reports to management

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Good understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Companies Act
• Prior articleship exposure to statutory audit preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

To house this venture, the company has acquired a 100,000 sq. ft. facility in the Noida Special Economic Zone (NSEZ), with the venture studio set to go commercially live in January 2027 and its first startup beginning operations on 26 January 2027.
