    • Develop a strong understanding of the program's services, employer resources, and available benefits to provide accurate and useful information.

    • Coordinate with team members while working remotely to ensure effective delivery of outreach and training activities.

    • Use email, file-sharing platforms, and video conferencing tools to organize activities and communicate with stakeholders.

    • Track, document, and report outreach, presentation, and workshop activities accurately.

    • Travel reliably to local worksites across the Addison and Chittenden County regions of Vermont when required.

    • Requirements

The ideal candidate brings administrative support experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences while managing responsibilities independently.

      • Meet one of the following minimum qualification pathways:

        • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of administrative-level support experience in a business or organization.

        • One year of full-time college-level study in accounting, business administration, public administration, office administration, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of administrative support experience.

        • Three years or more of full-time college-level study, or a bachelor's degree, in accounting, business administration, public administration, office administration, or a related field.

        • At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Services Coordinator I within the relevant public-sector organization.

        • Demonstrate strong presentation and public-speaking abilities, with the confidence to engage managers, employees, and business decision-makers.

        • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct effective outreach by phone.

        • Be comfortable collaborating with a team while working remotely and independently managing assigned activities.
