This pivotal role is designed for a professional with 6-8 years of industry experience who can bridge the gap between traditional content management architecture and cutting-edge generative AI workflows. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing scalable solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks to enhance site personalization, content creation, and operational efficiency. This position is critical for driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and maintaining a robust, future-ready architecture that aligns with modern digital experience standards.
Responsibilities
Architect and implement comprehensive AEM solutions, including AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and Enterprise Deployment Services (EDS), while integrating native AI functionalities.
Design and deploy AI-driven workflows utilizing frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen to automate complex content processes and enable intelligent agent interactions.
Establish and manage LLMOps practices to ensure the reliable deployment, monitoring, and scaling of large language models within the enterprise environment.
Leverage GitHub Copilot and Claude to accelerate development cycles, optimize code quality, and facilitate the seamless integration of AI-assisted tools into the engineering pipeline.
Define and enforce architectural standards for AEM environments, ensuring security, performance, and scalability while incorporating new AI-native features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications that utilize the full potential of AEM and AI technologies.
Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices for building resilient, AI-enhanced digital experiences.
RequirementsRequirements:
Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in IT services, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager architecture and development.
Demonstrate deep expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Architecture, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), and AEM Enterprise Deployment Services (EDS).
Show proven proficiency with AI development tools and frameworks, specifically GitHub Copilot, Claude, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
Have hands-on experience implementing LLMOps strategies for managing the lifecycle of large language models in production environments.
Exhibit a strong understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
Maintain a continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of emerging AI trends and their application within the Adobe ecosystem.
Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
