Job description
Location: Pune, India Department: Finance
We are seeking an Analyst, Risk Management to support the CRM team in monitoring customer risk in accordance with Mastercard's policies and procedures. The successful candidate will partner with the Corporate Treasury Central Team and Settlement Operations teams to validate CRM data and test the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Monitor customer exposures and news/regulatory websites to identify potential risks
Inform risk managers of urgent situations such as bankruptcies or insolvencies
Follow up with customers and account managers on settlement positions
Assemble commercial underwriting documentation for senior risk analysts
Participate in decision-making processes and emergency procedures
Perform ad hoc reporting on customer volume and exposure trends
Maintain the Customer Exposure Monitoring Manual
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in business, economics, or equivalent
Experience in credit risk assessment and financial statements analysis (preferably)
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Accuracy, self-drive, accountability, and sense of urgency
