**About Business line/Function:**

IT Payment Services department, the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology. IT applications Cloud migration and integration of AI into SDLC activities are core pillars of IT Payment Services Department (ITPS) strategy.

**Position Purpose:**

To support and monitor IT applications Cloud migration and integration of AI into SDLC activities, we are seeking a Cloud & AI Project Lead. He/she will be assigned to the new Center Of Expertise created in June 2026. Taking into consideration the growth of AI activity and quick technology evolution, this position is intended for an IT expert profile capable to be recognized as a technical referent for IT teams. Curiosity and ability for self-development is a key dimension of the position to maintain technical leadership in the fast changing domains of generative AI, agentic AI and Cloud.

**Responsibilities:**

Direct Responsibilities

· Contribute to define and document AI strategy for ITPS Department

· Manage Cloud (migration to DMZR As Code) & AI adoption projects and related roadmaps, in coordination with technical teams and business units.

· Produce Cloud and AI reporting with timely KPI production and synthesis addressed to management team through governance bodies (Steering Committee, Executive committee)

· Inventory AI use cases with IT and business stakeholders and contribute to their qualification

· Engage as a peer with technicians and technical experts on Cloud, LLM, and agentic AI topics, delivering support, guidelines and recommendations.

· Ensure continuous technological watch over generative AI, agentic AI, and LLMs, in synchronization with ecosystem AI expertise centers and solution offering teams.

· Develop team awareness on Cloud and AI using available channels: writing and broadcast of position papers, technical sessions animations, training…

· Support and collaborate with IT teams in their exchanges with business units

**Technical & Management Competencies**

• IT Experience of 9-12 years including technical expertise with knowledge and experience in application development in the context of Cloud infrastructures, as well as in the use of generative AI and development of AI agents.
• Expertise not limited to a single ecosystem: good knowledge of the overall AI landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, etc.)
• Cloud Mastery of at least one hyperscaler (IBM – this would be the optimal or at least AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Generative & Agentic AI: LLMs, agent development and orchestration, frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.).
• IT architecture and solution designing expertise
• IT application development and SDLC
• Project Management: Scoping, steering, workshops & operational committees animation, risks management, stakeholders management.

**Specific Qualifications:**

• Minimum 9-12 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in IT, Computer related field or equivalent experience.
