**Job Description Summary**

We are looking for a professional with 3–4 years of experience in real estate advisory, financial modelling, and market research. The role involves conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, site inspections, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining project databases, and supporting project delivery and business development activities.

**About the Role:**

• Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
• Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
• Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modeling, making presentations.
• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors, etc.
• Site inspections
• Presentation and documentation work

**About You:**

• Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, modelling, or a similar role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting financial data and deriving meaningful insights.
• Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex financial information and prepare accurate reports.
