Benefits, Compensation & Policy Initiatives
  • Provide employment tax input on new employee benefits, compensation programs, payroll changes and policy initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new benefits and compensation offerings, ensuring appropriate consideration of employment tax, payroll and reporting implications.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on employees, policies and programs.

Business Traveller & Cross-Border Workforce Programs
  • Support global business traveller and cross-border workforce programs by advising on employment tax, payroll and reporting obligations arising from business travel and remote working arrangements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design practical and compliant solutions for evolving workforce models.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen governance, controls and risk management across cross-border workforce programs.

Governance & Risk Management
  • Develop and enhance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks and operational guidance to support consistent and scalable Mobility & Employment Tax processes.
  • Drive standardization and documentation of key processes, controls and risk mitigation practices across jurisdictions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve controls and ensure audit readiness across Mobility & Employment Tax programs.

Global Compensation Review & Reporting Governance
  • Provide review and oversight of global compensation reporting processes, including equity compensation and stock incentive plans such as RSUs, stock options, ESPPs, deferred compensation arrangements and bonus programs.
  • Review employment tax, payroll withholding and reporting implications of compensation and equity programs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage stakeholder escalations relating to compensation reporting, stock plan taxation and employee tax reporting requirements.
  • Support governance and technical review of year-end reporting processes, payroll instructions and global compensation reporting obligations.
