We are seeking an Associate - Public Health to join our team in India. As part of our engineering consultancy design team, you will take a senior role in project design work, focusing on production and liaison with the WSP in India AU Team. You will also mentor and coach junior members of the team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare feasibility study reports to meet brief requirements
Agree and monitor scope of works with the Local CRC Head of MEP
Define building requirements and purpose of use with the Local CRC Head of MEP and WSP in India AU Team
Carry out detailed design to WSP in India, AU Building Regulations and relevant Code of Practice and standards
Review and monitor production of calculations, including QA and technical reviews
Ensure information for project costing preparation is completed in requisite detail and to deadlines
Provide documentary information to assist in preparation of tender documents
Co-ordinate project contracts documents and reviews input from team members
Deal with day-to-day queries from the WSP in India Team
Report any variance between constructed works and design intent
Project manage commissions from the WSP in India Team
Lead the design process and encourage the team to deliver cost-effective solutions
Follow document control, archiving CDM and QA processes
Qualifications:
Background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency
