Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated candidate to join our Audit & Assurance team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating internal controls, assessing operational risks, and recommending process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute internal audit assignments in line with the audit plan.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems, accounting procedures, and risk management processes.
Identify operational gaps, control deficiencies, and areas for process optimization.
Prepare comprehensive audit working papers, draft audit reports, and present findings to management.
Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Semi-Qualified CA / Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) / Graduate in Commerce or related field.
