Role: RPA Reviewer – Non-Voice, A2 Level Location: Noida, HybridShift Timing: US Shifts 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM ISTEducation - Graduate in any stream.Communication Skills: Good communication verbal and written both and good reading comprehension skills.Experience: Minimum 2 year ( US Insurance background )Key Responsibilities: Review premium audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Pre-screening for Ops round : Check basic arithmetic skills, including percentage calculations to assess analytical abilityAverage Handling Time (AHT): Approximately 45 minutes per transactionCTC Range: INR 3 LPA to INR 4.75 LPAImmediate Joiner Candidate Location - Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR only Responsibilities
Premium Audit Reviewer - Key Responsibilites
Review premium audit reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Verify classifications, payroll, sales, and exposure data used for premium calculation.
Identify discrepancies and request additional information when needed.
Communicate with auditors to resolve audit issues.
Ensure audits follow state regulations and company guidelines.
Document findings and recommend necessary premium adjustments.
