• Produce clear, concise documentation for system configuration, business rules, and user manuals to assist both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and internal teams to maximize adoption and effective use of new functionalities.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigations to senior stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the insurance or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of Sapiens modules.

• Strong proficiency in Java and SpringBoot, including experience developing scalable web services and microservices architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision making.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and experience working in fast‑paced, iterative environments.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear documentation and present findings to diverse audiences.

• Hands‑on experience with API design and integration patterns, such as REST, SOAP, and OAuth.

• Adept at quality assurance processes, including test case development, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing.

• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and business analysis tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).

• A proactive, self‑motivated mindset with a continuous improvement focus, ready to adapt to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
