  • Represent TPM in firm‑wide initiatives related to operational resilience, outsourcing, and supplier risk.
  • Execute the firm’s TPM strategy through effective operational delivery and scalable design.
  • Lead workforce regarding execution in alignment with enterprise Third Party Risk Management policy, standards, and procedures across all lifecycle phases (Plan, Contract, Manage, Terminate).
  • Drive effective risk issue management, containment, and escalation for identified deficiencies and control gaps.
  • Contribute input to future‑state TPM operating models, tooling roadmaps, and resourcing plans.
  • Design and implement a clear TPM Managed Service India team structure aligned to volume, risk profile, and complexity.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and skill requirements across all TPM Managed Service India operational activities to ensure clear accountability and segregation of duties.
  • Establish documented career paths and progression to support talent retention, succession planning, and capability growth.
  • Develop and maintain structured training curricula covering TPM fundamentals, regulatory expectations, risk assessment methodologies, and firm‑specific processes.
  • Ensure new joiners receive effective onboarding, including role‑based training, playbooks, and quality standards.
  • Embed continuous learning through refresher training, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned from incidents, audits, and regulatory feedback.
  • Implement coaching and performance management practices to uplift capability, improve quality, and address skills gaps.
