As a PCCD Specialist, you will review closed mortgage loan files, validate final fees and disbursements, and identify changes requiring a corrected Closing Disclosure. You will investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections and any required refunds with relevant teams, and ensure disclosures are prepared and delivered within applicable regulatory timelines and company procedures. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple files while maintaining accurate records and escalating unresolved issues promptly.
This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, closing, or a similar high-volume financial services environment.
Experience working with mortgage documents, disclosures, and closing or settlement processes.
Experience using loan origination or servicing systems and standard office productivity tools.
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
