Description Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA EWM Specialist to join its S4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role involves designing, configuring, and supporting end‑to‑end Extended Warehouse Management processes on S/4HANA, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring smooth production operations. You will work on both implementation and post‑go‑live support projects, translating functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional specifications.
Configure inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes in S/4HANA EWM.
Participate in full‑cycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
Provide hyper‑care and ongoing support for production issues and enhancements.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business users to resolve process gaps.
Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training material.
Assist in data migration, master data governance, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for warehouse operations.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA EWM best practices and new feature releases.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA.
Proven experience in both implementation and support phases of EWM projects.
Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, warehouse operations, and inventory management processes.
Ability to configure EWM objects such as warehouse structure, process codes, and handling units.
Excellent problem‑solving skills with a track record of resolving production issues.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
SAP EWM certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
